KRISS-TDI’S 2009-2010 PRODUCT LINE TO FEATURE THE POPULAR KRISS® SUPER V™ CRB/SO, SBR/SO, AND SMG
Transformational Defense Industries, Inc. (KRISS-TDI), a global industry leader in firearm operating system innovation, announced today its product line for 2009-2010. The KRISS SUPER V Vector CRB/SO, SMG, and SBR/SO .45 ACP are now available for purchase through KRISS certified dealers nationwide.

Since KRISS-TDI began producing firearms in March 2008, the company has generated a loyal customer base, driving demand for their product lines. As demand grows, the company intends to add over a dozen new positions to their engineering, testing, assembly, sales, marketing, and finance departments. By the end of the year, KRISS-TDI plans to have between 50 to 60 employees with the goal of increasing production and expanding their engineering department in order to produce new versions of their popular firearms which will include the .40 S&W caliber to their KRISS firearm production line which will be available towards the end of 2009.

In addition to growing their employee infrastructure, KRISS-TDI is embarking upon an expansion plan that will increase production tenfold as the firearm manufacturer triples their current base of KRISS certified dealers. They are also in the process of expanding their manufacturing facility to 10,000 square feet in order to support the significant production increase due to the overwhelming popularity of the KRISS firearms. KRISS-TDI's innovative operating system and technology has taken the firearm community by storm, which has in turn sold out their inventory since day one of production.

"With an exceptionally successful first year of firearm production under our belt we are looking to the future and expanding our manufacturing facility, firearm production, and employee infrastructure is the first step in creating a sizeable footprint in the firearm industry," said Chuck Kushell, CEO of KRISS-TDI.

Like all other small arms manufacturers during this time of unprecedented demand, KRISS-TDI has experienced a number of price increases from its key parts suppliers. In keeping with its commitment to provide exceptional value to its owners, KRISS-TDI has been able to limit 2009 MSRP price increases to an 8% increase on the CRB/SO model ($1745) while maintaining 2008 price levels on their SBR/SO model ($1,895) and their SMG model ($2,295).

2009 is set to be an extraordinary year for KRISS-TDI. With expansion currently in progress, KRISS-TDI keeps forging ahead of the engineering curve by producing some of the most outstanding firearms in the industry today.
