AcuSport Corporation
Gains Sole Rights to KRISS Super V System
Products
Transformational Defense Industries, Inc. (TDI), a world leader in weapon operating
system innovation, today named AcuSport Corporation, a leading national
distributor of shooting and hunting products, as sole distributor of the revolutionary, patented KRISS Super V family of
firearms and accessories for the U.S civilian firearm market.
Recognized throughout the shooting and hunting
industry for its extensive dealer network, AcuSport Corporation focuses on
bringing innovative products and services to the independent retailer. The two companies
will work together to develop a high-quality, nationwide network of trained,
KRISS-certified dealers to introduce and position the first KRISS-based
firearm, the KRISS Vector CRB/SO .45 ACP - - the only civilian firearm
designed to help the operator put more rounds on target, more of the time.
"This exclusive partnership with the first-class,
forward-thinking AcuSport organization is a major step in delivering a truly
exciting new family of KRISS-based firearms to the U.S. civilian market," said
Charles Kushell, CEO of TDI. "Their organization has a well-established record of success in the outdoor and firearms industry. AcuSport is a premier brand and we are
honored to be working with such a fine organization."
The
AcuSport launch of the Vector CRB/SO marks the first time civilians will be
able to experience the same acclaimed shootability of the fully-automatic KRISS
Vector SMG (sub-machine gun) designed for tactical military and law enforcement
operators.
"It's
leading-edge weapons technology like the KRISS Super V Operating System that
keeps the firearms industry on their toes. We are thrilled to partner with TDI
to bring the KRISS Vector CRB/SO product and exciting accessory line to the
civilian shooting enthusiasts segment." said Kenan Ikels, AcuSport Director of
Sales and Marketing.
The CRB/SO is the
only semi-automatic civilian firearm that helps the operator dramatically
improve accuracy in the field or on the range by re-vectoring and reducing the
forces of recoil and muzzle climb. The
KRISS Super V technology also provides a more compact and lighter-weight operating system, creating a firearm that can
be handled more effectively, more accurately, and for longer periods of time.
Both
TDI and AcuSport will feature the KRISS Vector CRB/SO at their Shot Show '08
booths in Las Vegas, NV Feb. 2-5.
TDI
is a privately-held firm located in Virginia Beach, VA that designs, develops
and manufactures advanced weapons technology for delivery into a wide variety
