Company to Showcase Revolutionary Operating System
At Booth and Through Weekend-Long Special Events
Virginia Beach-based
firearms manufacturer KRISS-TDI
will unveil its inaugural line of commercial firearms incorporating the
revolutionary KRISS® Super V patented technology at the National Shooting
Sports Foundation's (Could shorten to NSSF) annual SHOT SHOW,
February 2-5, 2008 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Hailed as one of the
most significant advances in automatic weapons operating systems design in more
than 120 years, the KRISS Super V System incorporates a unique design that
significantly reduces felt recoil and muzzle climb traditionally associated
with standard automatic weapon operating systems. This technology - integrated into the
company's first two products - will be on display at Booth #21102 in the Gold Hall
as well as at a trio of special events hosted by KRISS-TDI.
Incorporated into the
KRISS Super V automatic Vector SMG and semi-automatic Vector CRB/SO, The KRISS System combines a lighter frame
with fewer moving parts into a design that re-directs gas energy down and away
from the traditional "straight-line" design that typically produces kickback and
muzzle climb, thus dramatically enhancing the operator's ability to put more rounds
on-target more often.
After six years of
R&D, the KRISS Super V operating system has generated unprecedented
industry accolades in 2007, with their first products set to deliver in first
quarter 2008. Both the weapons and the technology were featured on Discovery
Channel's Future Weapons program, hailed as the "Best SMG
Ever" by Guns and Weapons Magazine,
was featured on the front cover of Shooting
Illustrated (January 2008), and listed as one of the Top 100 Innovations of
2007 by Popular Science Magazine.
