“Hands-On” Opportunity to Shoot Revolutionary
New Weapons Line
Virginia Beach, VA – Transformational Defense Industries (TDI) will unveil to accredited members
of the news media their newly completed KRISS Vector SMG .45 ACP
(Military and Law Enforcement) and Vector CRB/SO
.45 ACP (Civilian Carbine) weapons
on October 11,
2007.
This fully interactive event will take place at the Blackwater USA
Training Facilities in Moyock,
North Carolina, through a pair of
two-hour sessions that include a joint luncheon for both groups. The morning
program will run from 10:00 a.m.
until 12:00 noon, followed by lunch, while the
afternoon session begins with lunch and then runs from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m.
The event will provide members of the media the unique opportunity
to experience first-hand the benefits of these newly completed weapons,
scheduled for institutional and public release in January 2008. Information on TDI and its revolutionary weapons technology can be
found at http://www.krisstdi.com. Manufactured by Transformational Defense
Industries in Virginia Beach,
this new line incorporates an unprecedented technological breakthrough that
increases weapon controllability by reducing muzzle climb by as much as 90
percent and felt recoil by as much as 50 percent.
Media in attendance will enjoy the opportunity to handle and shoot
the production versions of both current TDI
weapons – the fully automatic Vector SMG
(military and law enforcement) and the Vector CRB/SO
semi-automatic civilian version of this KRISS enabled weapons platform. The
media day will also include a TDI
Company and KRISS Super V System overview, SMG
and CRB/SO weapons briefing, a
highly-entertaining, close quarter tactical demonstration, a Q&A session
and, of course, lunch.
TDI
manufactures its products from its Viking Works Design and Development
facilities in Virginia Beach,
approximately 30 minutes away from Blackwater. As members of the media
traveling to this event are likely to fly into Norfolk Airport,
TDI will gladly provide a tour of
Viking Works to showcase precisely how TDI
rapidly translates its design concepts to reality – creating the jump from “art” to “part.”
