Appointment Coincides with Company's Move Towards Full
Commercialization
of Advanced Weapons Operating System Technology

weapons operating system technology, today announced the appointment of
Chuck Kushell as their new CEO.
A seasoned executive and recognized international marketing expert,
Kushell's appointment represents a significant step forward for TDI as it
commercializes its KRISS Super V Systems' technology after more than two
years of cooperative development efforts with the US Army's Armament
Research and Development Engineering Center (ARDEC), and with
significant input from military and law enforcement special operations
experts.

and marketing talent provide the critical ingredients for success to TDI as
the company begins to actively market the revolutionary KRISS Super V
technology into both the domestic and international markets." said Jan

Kushell has held
previous CEO and senior management positions in retail, financial services,
technology, automotive and communications for such companies as IBM, Ogilvy
& Mather, Montgomery Ward, Hill Holliday, Data Marketing International and
Microsoft. His extensive international experiences include work in
Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, France and Switzerland. Kushell's
particular area of expertise has focused on bringing new products and
technologies to market through the design and implementation of integrated
marketing communication programs for computer hardware, healthcare, medical
technology, energy and defense/homeland security technologies. "The KRISS Super V System is the most significant advance in weapon
